If like me you are always on the lookout for a decent 'chipsaway' guy take down the name/number of Allan Robson of WheelWizard. He says he travels all over the NE from Tees to Tyne.
I've used him a couple of times this year when returning cars to the lease company. He does a great job, quickly, well and most importantly at a good price. Not only does he do kerbed wheels, he also does local paint repairs too. One thing he doesnt do are the dents, but one of the other franchises does and he'll put you in touch if needed.
He first did my the kerbed wheels and a bumper scuff on the XC90 beginning of the year all 4 in for £100. This last week he tidied up some kerbing on the 19in wheels (believe me no matter how careful you cant help but kerb them!) on the BMW about to go back to the lease company. He couldnt do the paintwork because of rain on the day, but he didnt want paying until he came back and finished the job today (he had to dust over a scuff on the rear bumper where the boy had scraped his bags into the boot and a big chip on the front valance)...all in £130.
