New Bluemotion 140 arrived Wednesday

Enjoying my new Scirocco GT which arrived earlier than expected ordered end of January - arrived at dealer 2nd May.
First impressions - fantastic to drive - well balanced, sharp steering - very comfortable - comfort setting on ACC great for poor surfaces.
Options - pleased with choice so far - cruise control a must for longer journeys and helps with average speed cameras. ICE very good - DAB excellent option crystal clear sound and excellent choice of stations to listen to clear - iPod sounds great over Dynaudio speakers. Getting used to parking sensors v. useful but need to be careful to avoid damage to alloys from high kerbs when parking.
Bluemotion - a bit eerie at first - engine switching off every time you come to a stop - but actually works very well - engine already started by the time you've moved your foot from the brake to the accelerator. Seems to be using very little fuel and actually surprising how long the engine can be switched off for when travelling in town.
