Driver's seat position memory

Post by Shorum »

So I've had the car for nearly two weeks now and last night was the first time I took passengers in the back. The passenger seat seams to remember where it was before being used for access, hut the driver's seat doesn't. Is this normal, or is there a fault with my seat?

Make sure you're moving it right.

Tip the back then slide the seat.
Then to go back again, slide the seat first then put the back upright.

If you do the order wrong it forgets where it is.

Or at least that's what I found anyway......

Either seat will remember their previous position if you leave the back of the seat bent forward whilst sliding the seat along its runners. Put it upright mid-slide and you've reset it.
