Replacing Bump strip

Hi all I have got a replacement drivers door bump strip for my mums Pug 206 but the white clips from the old one are still attached, does anybody know how to remove the old ones so I can clip on the new strip?

No im not a member of a Pug forum its my mums car, got it sorted now anyway
