Hi,

Voice control on my roc is not working -- see pic for error message



I have tried UK English, US English, and French -- still get the same message. I have even read the manual, but can't find anything.

Any ideas ?

Ok, have managed to figure it out

You need to have it set to: Setup > Settings > Language > Automatic

Following which it will load the default voice

If you choose any voice other than "Automatic" you will get that voice on sat nav, but no voice control
