£33k insurance for teenager

Now i know this was a computer error that quoted the guy £32,819 from the AA, but i read the rest of the article and now i know why some of you youngsters are bitchin about your insurance.
He bought a six-year-old Vauxhall Corsa for £3,000 and the insurance is the same price
... where does a 17 year old get £3k from part time?!
Average industry quote for a UK male aged 17 to 22 is £2,750
I imagine when you 17 year olds phone for a quote and tell the insurance company your age i bet they jump up and high five each other
