Hi All

My cars steering wheel buttons and flappy paddles stopped working this weekend Funny thing is the car was 1year and 1day old when it happened; typical haha.

Does anybody know of the problem and how to fix it, like a reset of some kind, or plugging in the Vagcom maybe (I do have one)?

I did pop into my dealer as I just happened to be driving past when they failed but alas they told me that they were busy and to book in - how does two weeks away sound sir??

I thought the warranty is for 3 years?!

try these; relating to a failed controller module that needed reprogramming/replacing

Yup, my steering wheel buttons failed after a few weeks. Had to have the steering column electronics replaced. Took them a couple of attempts to diagnose, but all good these days
