Whicher was looking for some pics of the colour display so I thought I would post them here so that anyone interested could view them. Hope this is the right place.

Thanks Mike!!

Really pleased I specced this now. Dealer didn't have any photos and I was worried that it would not be as subtle as that. Looks very smart indeed. Thanks for taking the time to post the pics. I hope you're very pleased with the car. :)

There's no way this should be a £180 option, it should be standard to match the RCD/RND510's output.

Its like the iPod nano's with the way it slides between menus, £180 is a bit steep for a small colour TFT but thats VW for you :)

It's around 300$ not that expensive, and it seems that it lightens up the dull white and black or red mfd. I do agree tho that it should be standard on all vw models.

I agree it should be standard and with the £180 you could get either folding mirrors and £50 of petrol (half a tank) or even dab.:)

It looks nice but not £180 nice. Have too agree with comments suggesting it should be standard, or much much cheaper.

the red mfd was only the very early cars komar (2008 - may 2009 in the UK) it was then replaced with the white mfd, this colour mfd is an option.

It depends, did you order the Highline computer at all... i'm not 100% sure what gets displayed as standard but you get more info with highline.

I *think* that is what you'll see on your car.
