Ladies and Gents Please Help

I know this will have been mentioned previous because I have read the other threads about Bluetooth. But each time I read them I am baffled with part numbers and descriptions etc.

Basically I have an iphone which wont work with my Bluetooth.

I took my car to VW today to get a part fitted for this, only to be told the part only works with sciroccos may 09 onwards. I have an april 09 scirocco.

I have the standard media centre and Bluetooth fitted as a factory extra.

What part do I need, and where do I get this from? to get my iphone to work with the system without the addition of mic’s, wiring, loose equipment etc?

I guess you are halfway there in grasping what you have as you understand you need a different module

you have rSap bluetooth (rSap is a nokia thing, the way nokia & apple are = snowballs chance in hell of rSap ever being included on the iPhone. also rSap bluetooth was included on scirocco's until May 2010 not 2009 but thats by the by) currently under your passenger seat, you need to swap it

as for obtaining there is your VW dealer (a local Skoda dealer) or you may be able to locate it on eBay.

Trix careful those part numbers are for White dot cars are they not?
The correct module for a red dot (red dash board lighting) car would be 1z0 035 729 b
