Took my roc through a car wash last week and it turns out the windows dont go high enough to seal unless you take the keys out of the ignition. The interior and I got soaked!

Fortunately I saw the funny side and thought I would warn you guys!

Firstly .. are you mad ?! a Roc requires gentle hand washing not 200 rubber flaps slapping it :D

Did you turn the ignition off? As the windows will drop then to allow you to exit the car? When you are driving they are tight sealed (otherwise rain would get in) make sure they are closing correctly by using one touch down and then back up.

I'm not an expert by any means, in fact I know nothing of washing a car, BUT, I would never take it through a car wash. Unlucky mate, but please, spend the time on a motor like this. I take it wasn't cheap for you either (the car itself!).

Dunno what you did to make the windows stay down, but when you turn the car off, the windows drop, but they go back up after a few seconds if you don;t open the door.

You must have screwed up.

Try to get both windows fully up, and keep the button pulled up for another five seconds till they reach the top. This will learn the window motor the window upper position
