Sucks being VW staff

As you may know I am a VW technician. As I bought an R, I thought I would get a good deal, like some of the customers we sell cars to.
Boy was I wrong!!!
Of course, we get staff discount but I only got 3% of (I've seen customers get more of a new car!). Aswell as having to wait 8 months for it with me having to ask about where it is and sales not telling me and the salesmen that I bought the car through never dealt with me until I came and even then he screwed up the paperwork. I was told I could have a full tank of fuel but then they ummmed and arrred and said I could only have half. Another customer ordered an R a month after me, my BW was going back and his was coming forward - explain that one. I enquired about the Recaro's and wanted to change to them, they said I couldn't but the car was way off the build date and the other custome wanted to change to 19" wheels and colour sat nav, which he got but the really naff thing is that they changed his to Recaro's after the car had be built! I was given a 1.4 Golf as a support car, whilst they other was given a Vauxhall Insignia.
Had to pay an extra £175 for an Autoglym Protection pack. They only gave me 11 months tax but I was allowed £20 worth of fuel - from the most expensive garage! Before the car was built, sales would try and sort out any goodwill, but nothing has been done - a letter will be going to VW customer services. Already had to have 3 warrenty jobs done with the car only getting worked on after 3 days as I wasn't that important apperently.

Sounds like a stinker mate!

Write a letter of doom! No excuse for their treatment, whoever the customer is!

I would not have gone through the dealer you work for in the case of your discount, I would have found either another dealer out of the area or gone indy.
