RNS 510 Postcode not supported

RNS 510 Postcode not supported

Apologise if this is in the search or the manual - but I am away from the manul and I cant find anything as a clear answer.

Just picked up my R and I cannot seem to get it to enter a postcode... it says not supported?? Any ideas, greatly appreciated.

you can only enter a postcode manually, not via voice. When it says town/city i think you can enter postcode there. It should say Pcd or something similar.
