Its that time of year where the alcoholics amongst us start brewing!

Has anyone ever had a go at brewing gin and what was it like?

Im trying out my first ever batches in time for new year!

1. Damson Gin
2. Damson Gin with Orange Zest

sloe gin i've heard of (never tried as not a gin person) but damson gin? damson wine yes

some alcoholic form is something I may attempt next year as my new thing to try, this years new attempts were homemade jam (blackcurrant, redcurrant, strawberry & damson & combinations thereof)
