I have just plugged my iPod (3rd Gen) into my Roc and all i get is a message on the ipods screen saying Media In.

All of my songs are in playlists on the iPod but the RCD doesnt display any of them, just a list of all of the songs (which is 3,000 songs long).

I tested it with my iPhone 4 (which also has all my music in playlists) and had the same problem - just a list of all of the songs.

Have i missed a setting or something to display playlists?

With the list of songs on the RCD screen, press Selection (bottom right), then you might have to 'go up a folder' by pressing the top left icon, then you can press Playlists
