Just got a call from a mate at a local VW dealers in Scotland he's got a unregistered ROcco R in rising blue for sale needs to be registered by sat. its a 30k car and is being offered as 23k...... No catch just VW need it shifted before the new car sale freeze, VW are shutting down their new systems on Monday for 2 weeks.

Very hard to believe that they would actually want to sell a car at a loss! I doubt VW dealers have a 23% margin to work with. There must be more to the story, can you tell im jealous...

VW are shutting their new car systems down on monday for 2 weeks for a system upgrade. They offer my dealer 2 a black and a blue rocco r with a serious discount attached. Dealers are only allowed to put a std margin onto new cars so the car was passed onto the public at 23k simples.

Black one sold by 11am , blue one by 5pm. I would have taken it TBH hence why my buddy called me but after buying my mk5 back and the range rover sport i was short

Ahhh what, i would have snapped one up no questions!

This is rather depressing after paying £27.5k! And thinking I'd done well.
