Hi,
A long shot but has anyone tried a Bodum Travel Mug in the cup holders? Not sure if one would fit as the dimension states 8.5cm whereas the holder is 8.0cm, yes I am that sad to measure it! The mug design does taper to the base so might fit...
This is the one I'm looking at, think the stainless steel with black would work quite well.

I've reviewed there returns policy, I wonder if "does not fit" = "faulty"? After all the cup holders are the same as those my old MK5 Golf, you would think Bodum would design the mug to fit such a car! Return it as "unfit for purpose"... But hopefully they will fit.

I've had 2 different travel mugs in my cup holders and they both fitted fine. However the one with a handle needed turning round to keep it away from the handbrake.

Hi,
My Bodum travel mug has arrived and I can confirm it fits well. Its a little on the expensive side in comparison to some, but it does not leak even if you turn it upside down and shake. fyi the base diameter is 7cm.

Yep first thing I did, but over the kitchen sink not in the car. So I can happily knock the mug over and the tea / coffee won't cover the car or laptop. (I'm not using the laptop whilst driving, but there's an idea...)

Thanks for following up now. It's quite sad how excited I am about the prospect of tea on my drive to work!
