I finally got my COM number from my dealer , I promised not too fall into this tracking thing but I just have to know.

What are my next steps? I am from South Africa who can I call? Is there a sequence or how do I find out my build week?

I'm in Randburg and got mine from my sales person eventually - took a while, but he was eventually able to tell me that my build week was 17 - just keep pestering them!

Is that confirmed BW 17? When about did you get your number?

I got mine when I called the dealer and they just forwarded an email to me that had the order date comm number and build week on it..
