Heated seats

Post by tallers »

First post here since I can't find the answer anywhere. The owner's manual doesn't help either.

Is there any way to set the electrically heated seats to turn on automatically? When it's this cold it would be nice to not have to worry about having a cold arse, after you forget to turn the heated seats on.

Any help appreciated

No

And they use occupant sensors, so you can forget starting the car with them on for a few mins before you set off, that won;t work either.

But seriously, if you can't even think to turn them on when its cold outside, then you probably shouldn't even have a driving licence,

Interesting. I sit on a hand towel for a seat cover. My B*m is cold but my back gets toasted. The seat portion does work so I don't have a fault. So not sure how a coat would get warmed up, even if the heated seat were to work to meet your requirements sir! :)
