Hey guys,

I've been told my car is now on the boat heading over but the leasing company were not to sure on when it will arrive, i was given a date of 26th Novemeber to pick it up but I don't know how accurate that is.....it's been a loooooooooooong 5 month wait!!

So generally how long does the boat take and then how long roughly do you have to wait for all the other stuff (pdi, ect ect) ??

Sorry to be a pain but i've searched for some answers....can some of you nice people help me out??

I've managed to contain my excitment but now that's its getting closer....... ......I'll miss me Focus ST though!!!

My guess is about 36 hours, and I thought they sailed sat night. Should be looking at it this week

- after lots of (unscientific) assessment we think the boat takes about 36 hours. although I have heard unconfirmed reports of a longer trip (4-5days) being made for a boat currently I don't believe it should be mentioned.

-Pdi should take a few hours (but will depend when the dealer can fit it in, shouldn't be much of a wait though as there isn't a rush currently like their would be for 1st March or 1st Sept)

4 or 5 days ,is that when they use the canal system or a Chinese junk maybe.

I don't believe it either but the informant has their car on a boat & thats what they have been told, personally think they are being spun a line.. I'm just passing on word on the grapevine to keep things realistic.

You have to bear in mind the current weather too
