A few questions and advice please..

Hi again!
I placed a deposit on a used car yesterday which is actually a new car really as it only has 13miles on the clock. It is the exact spec that I have been looking for minus a few minor ones that I can live without (See my extras list in my profile). The price is £26,675.
I was wondering if you guys could answer the following questions below:
1. I am looking to part exchange my cherished high spec Golf MK5 GTI 05 plate with 126,000 miles on the clock!. They offered £5,500 for it. Do you think I can get their car cheaper, more for mine or try and get things thrown in?
2. The dealer also offered the following:
Cruise Control (which I use quite alot) for £185,
Gap / Assets Plus insurance for 3 years costing £349
Autoglym Paint and Leather protection for £299.
Are these worth getting and can I get a better price for these elsewhere?
3. I have scoured the forums and seen that some owners have had issues with Rusty parts and wiper smearing on their cars. Would these affect my car being a recently registered car? (The dealer said that my car should not be affected by this and he has not heard of any such problems)
4. I had a remap done to my Golf and found that it made the performance and economy much better. However, off the line, the wheelspin was a bit much for the FWD car. Has any one had their Scricco remapped and have the same experience with wheel spinning when you put your foot down in 1st and 2nd gear?
5. There is a digital speed readout on the dash computer which shows the speed in kilometres. Can this be changed to MPH?
6. Should I be taking it easy for the first 1000miles?
7. I am fitting my aftermarket audio equipment to the car and I noticed that the rear parking sensors are hooked up to the radio screen to show a visual closeness range (if that’s what you call it lol). If I change the headunit will I still get my beeps from the parking sensors?
There are a few more questions but I have forgotten them now!!
Those are the key ones anyway and would thank you in advance if you reply..
