Wehaaay another one up north, I'll be looking out for you. Don't be frightened if some weirdo in a 10 year old battered Land Rover gives you a wave.

Do you find the cruise control handy? My Dad convinced me not to get it but I'm still debating whether to get it retro fitted when mine arrives.

Nice. Deep Black looks the business. Just wish I didn't have so long to wait for mine.

As for the cruise, it depends what the traffic is like where you are. I currently have it on my Golf Gti but haven't ordered it for the Scirocco as I don't use it very often. The roads I use regularly are just too busy and I'm forever hitting the cancel and resume buttons.

Yea, I figured the roads where I am would be a bit busy for a constant speed but age is in my area so just wondering if he (she?) gets any use out of it in and around the motorways of Edinburgh.

Looks so damn good in black!
I haven't gone for cruise either. I had it on my BMW and on my mini so total of about 7 years and could count on one hand the amount of times i have used it! I guess if you do long journeys on quiet roads than maybe get it otherwise IMO its not necessary

Cracking... :yummy: , when I saw the SL plate I thought for a minute you'd stole my car... ;)

If you fancy a set of stainless tail pipes for your car there's a place in Dunfermline that will make them.
