Truffle Leather...

Afternoon all,

I am in the process of looking at the Scirocco and I am trying to decide on the spec. I test drove the 2.0 with the anthracite leather interior and I was hooked. Problem is I have not seen the truffle (other than brochure) and wondered if it was a viable option, particularly as my paintwork choice would likely be pewter or black??

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Davo

in the gallery (top right) I have found...

Truffle with black (Bagwafu) http://www.sciroccocentral.co.uk/scgall ... ?cat=10063

definitely don't see why not, seems to work with most colours

I saw a Black TDI with Truffle leather last weekend (in a dealership in Lyon - France)

Personally i don't like it, I do however love the black leather, but in the end it's completely personal, like the paint colour, each to their own
(truffle owners please don't flame me, we all have different tastes)

The handle on the top of the seat (to fold it forwards) & the side covers in black just look like they are not off the same seats

You really need to find one to look at in the flesh before deciding, it's a lot of wonga if you don't like it when it arrives !

Black with truffle leather is what i ordered...
i think the contrast looks great, black with black interior.. would be just too.. dark....

I've got truffle with white and love it, although it is early days and wonder how well it will age given some owners experiences.

I went for Sumatra with truffle leather - looks fantastic, as the Sumatra has a vague coppery tinge. I have some pics on one of my posts.
