Anyone know how they are to deal with?
They have used the pictures from the Scirocco shoot we had without the photographers consent and have not paid the bill he has sent them, not even replied

There's a picture of mine here
Clearly they have no clue about wheels, as they say my wheels are the cheap ASA wheels, when they are infact BBS RS-GT's

not a good thing to hear off anyone getting ripped off
Any professional business and or web designer should know you cant use any pictures unless you own the rights to them or have been granted the rights to use them.
someone else i know fell out with a magazine over a very similar issue.

I recomend yourself or Joachim give them a call tomorrow morning. i'm sure they will understand and resolve the matter.
Gaz is MD so will be the person you probably need to speak to. only number I can find for them is 0845 2000 283 which is the sales line
alternatively Gaz's email is
gareth@nicheautomotive.com

I approached them to paint my side strips, they've been pretty reluctant since I said I was prepared to go with their higher cost aslong as the job is done right.
He just keeps saying he's busy rather than giving me a date. I just don't understand.

This sort of behavior really sucks! Unfortunately happens quite often
Many companies steal good photography to use in ads and marketing materials and get away with it because many photographers simply don't have the financial muscle to enforce their copyrights

This is an issue purely between you and them.
Hopefully this has been resolved now.
