two after i ordered the roc the misses found out she was pregnant, which was not planned so was a bit off a shock to say the least, but will not be the first,

any body any experence of fitting baby seats and fitting a baby into it?

we both have been back into the showroom to check on rear access. its a bit of lean into the back but felt i was leaning in to far.

yep, i have a 19 month old nephew and an 8 week old niece, with isofox its dead easy, ok, so i dont do it every day, but its easier to get into the back to put them in / take them out than you think, so its not that bad..

It's pretty easy if you actually stand in the rear foot well rather than trying to lean across.

I have a rear facing childseat in the front seat (and airbag turned off). Very easy to put the little girly in.
No, there is no ISO-FIX in the front, but You can still use one of these:

If You expect to remove the seat offent, then get an ISO-FIX, to ensure correct fitment every time.

I will strongly recommend using a rear facing seat, because 90% of all serious accidents are front impact.
AND only buy a seat that has been tested independently (and won). You won't believe how bad the cheap child seats are!

End of Rant

I have twin girls who are 23 months old so, um, it's not really the ideal car. But my wife has a C-max which we use 90% of the time at weekends anyway.

Still don't have my 'roc but I tested our front-facing car seats in a top-spec model in my local VW garage. The sales guy didn't look hugely impressed - nice leather seats and everything. I also had to make sure I could get a set of extendable ladders in the boot for work (you can, by the way).

See? Stylish, and pratical!
