Occasional rough shutdowns 2.0TDI Engine
Hi all, first post in this forum just wondering about my Scirocco it has the 2.0TDI engine it's a 2012 and every now and then, more likely than not, the engine clunks to a stop when I turn the engine off. I'd say every 3 shutdowns it does it. It's a bit concerning, however I'd been told by my brother (who dabbles in cars) that it is either the DMF settling or the EGR valve not closing fully. I don't know. Anyone else heard of this?
