Scirocco Central

As title states, my windscreen washer pipe is leaking. No washer fluid is coming to the windscreen.
Do anyone know where I can find a replacement or can i just cut out affected parts and splice in a new hose?
First time I've had this problem so any help would be appreciated

you can buy a kit from amazon/Ebay that has a length of plastic pipe and some in line connectors for this very purpose.
