2017 Scirocco R Lowering Advice

Bought my R last year and absolutely love it, only have a slight issue with the H&R springs currently fitted. The front nearside shock is completely depleted of oil and provides no damping, I've ordered a replacement but wondering if there are any spring kits available that are slightly taller than the 30-35mm drop mine apparently give?

I've read that the DCC shocks don't handle the lower height too well, so would ideally want to change the springs at the same time as replacing the shock if that's the case. The car is also fine with speed bumps but the splitter catches on driveways or any steep incline and has been snapped off in some places, so I would also like to know if it's worth replacing the splitter or if I should just take it off.

I've found the EIBACH E10-85-021-05-22 pro kit which some sites state the drop as being 15mm-20mm, but others state 30mm. I know it can be different between say a Tdi or an R but want to be sure before I order them.

Cheers!
