Scirocco problem with both Remote keys

Hi guys , I’m new here so I’m not sure if I’m writing in the right topic !
I’ve got a problem with my vw scirocco ! Not sure if this is happened after jump starting another car of from replacing remote battery but both remotes stop working ! I can locking and unlocking the car with the key blade but not from remote ! I can start the engine without any issues ( no warning lights on dashboard ) no warning codes on diagnostic tool !
I’ve disconnected the car battery , resync the remotes and the problem is still not fixed!
Anyone got this problem before?
