2010 Scirocco Parking light (L+R) not turning on

When turning over the ignition i get the famous orange bulb light on the dash, with the messages: Left Front Parking Light not working and Right front same message.

Read it out and got the following:

I checked terminal 30 in the engine bay, the fuse still looks fine, since i have some aliexpress led's there and 1 socket is broken it may be because of that, the horn is still functional aswell. I have my vehicle road check in january and it is mandatory in the netherlands for parking lights to be functional. Reading the socket of the parking lights i get 0.44V while they're turned on. Does anyone have experience with this? Both lights are replaced and still functional

As an addition: I noticed while pulling my fuse box open that the top left fuse (30A slot 16) was melted. Saw 1 Reddit user saying it was a recall in the US but I can’t seem to find something like that.
