Bluetooth Module with antena output

Hello,
I have a question about antenna output in BT module. What purpose does it have? Is it necessary to BT Audio work properly?
And another question, what should I do when I try to change or pause music on radio but when I do it, music stops playing in car and title is visible. When I play song from my phone title is not visible on radio but music is playing in car.
Can someone help me with this issue?
