Aluminium cap for drivers side wing mirror

Hi,

I've had a unknown car clip my folded in wing mirror smashing the glass and indicator light on my Viper Green R, aftermarket for these is £300 all in but I have aluminium wing mirror caps and this is £262 just for one, anyone know where I can another, other from the main dealer?
Another problem separate is my headlight washers don't seem to work, is it likely just a fuse, they've never worked in the 3 years I've owned the car.

Do they have to be alumaliulium?
For 18 bob on temu.com you get a set of boring black, or pony up 21 for carbon pattern.
