Rear right wheel creaking (after new brakes).

Hey All,
The rear right wheel is creaking when I get in or out of the car, or if I compress the rear suspension by hand. Video here:
I can't tell what it is, my gut says spring/shock, but could be the brakes - I've just put new rears brakes on, with the help of a friendly mechanic - he did the left side and I did the right, so it wouldn't surprise me if I messed up.
However shortly after the brakes I also did a camping trip from Sheffield to Yeovil and back, with 4 of us + camping gear, so quite heavy in the rear - which makes me think that I've just accelerated the wear of the suspension. Discovered when doing the brakes that the shocks (and probably therefore springs) are dated 2017 so wouldn't surprise me.

Sorry realised I've never actually asked the question - anyone got any ideas what the noise is, before I go replacing parts randomly?
Also realised I've never tested it without the brakes being on - will give that a go soon and update the post.

The creak could well be just the tension in the handbrake mechanism. My car has made the same sound for virtually its whole life! The first sound seems dodgier imho and spring/shock or bearings would be worth a check.

Thanks tre-punti. Tried compression without the hand brake and it doesn't creak so it's probably the handbrake mechanism like you're on about. Putting the handbrake higher gets rid of it. Will work out how to fix it.
If by "first sound" you mean clicking/knocking - 90% certain it's the rear left wheel bearing, on my infinite to do list. Thanks tho!
