1.4 TSI stuttering and misfiring after tune

Hello!
Recently my scirocco 1.4 (CAVD) has been acting up. It all first started when it was a bit of a rainy day, I pushed it to 5k rpm’s and my engine light went flashing. I noticed a power loss and lifted off instantly. After letting the car sit for a few days and going to a couple of mechanics that all had no time. The light cleared itself. It was “cillinder deactivation” and random misfires. I don’t remember de DTC CODES.
After these went away and about 2-3 weeks later driving without any issues I decided to go for a stage 1 tune at a local tuner. No dyno just getting a default file. It drove great with 200hp for about a week. Now since 2 days ago I noticed that especially when the engine is colder it jerks, stutters loses power and is to be honest undrivable. However there are no lights on, no codes or anything. Just audible misfires and the jerking. I have a video of this as well.
Is there anyone that could help me further, it’s a 2010 1.4 manual gearbox with 215000 KM. Had an engine rebuilt about 60k km ago. Spark plugs where changed 7000km ago along with oil filter and air filter. Apart from that the history is unknown

When you say 'no codes', is that just from the dash, or has it been hooked-up to a diagnostic computer since the problems started?

I have Carly, only faults it shows is:
Infotainment gateway - non original radio
Front Right Parking light defect , Front Left Parking Light Defect
P04BF - Control Curcuit for Fuel Flap (I had this issue for a while before it jerked)

You need to get it onto a VAG (or compatible) diagnostic computer IMHO. My first reaction is that this could be an ignition coil problem, but the diagnostics will confirm any misfire (and identify the cylinder affected).

I have a hex v2 with vcds (non genuine) I can attempt to see if this shows anything and will update you later today, would you recommend me to get new coils for all 4 cillinders when replacing?

I can only speak from my own experience, but when I had a Scirocco ignition coil fail, I had all of them replaced. I'd had a previous car (not a VW) where the coils failed one after the other over quite a short time, so I figured I'd get the pain out of the way in one go. If there's a misfire, it doesn't do the spark plug any favours either.

With some further inspection i can see in VCDS that engine readyness status is 0010 0000, the Oxygen Sensor(s) are Failed or Incomplete.
Anything related to misfire recoginition is disbaled and the counter for all the cilinders is 0
