Scirocco Central

Hey All,
Noticed that my window switches only work when doing the one-touch down/up; the first click doesn't do anything.
Is this a known issue?
Going to do a window reset and test it all out, will feedback, just asking ahead of time in case anyone has had this before.

Did have an issue with my sons mk6 golf on passenger side, was remedied with a new switch.
