I'm from N.I. but have been living in Scotland for 7 years now, for uni and now work.

I have ordered my car back home though at VW in Derry. Much cheaper for me to get the car there and drive it back to Scotland than get it from a dealership here

Yep an other local boy here, Portadown.

I'll hopefully be driving mine in and out of Belfast on the M2 sometime before the year's out. Waiting patiently!

just been listening to cool fm, and heard an ad for comparethemarket for northern ireland car insurance policies. this to my knowledge is a new service for ni drivers (?). gave it a go and discovered the insurance premium, for the new roc, would be over £100 cheaper than what i was going to pay. policy is fully comp, guaranteed no claims protection, 2 named drivers, everything i had on existing policy. the moral of the story, if you can stick listening to mr snodden, then the ads can save you money!!!
