Insurance question

Just over a year ago I had a stroke and stopped driving and informed the DVLA. After a few months my doctor filled in my assessment and sayed I was fine to drive. Unfortunately before the stroke I was a heavy drinker so the doctor ticked the box saying I had misused alcohol in the last six months ..
Anyway I had my licence revoked for six months (nearly without licence for a year with DVLA wait times).
I have my DVLA medical next month but just wondering how it will affect my Insurance?
