Could be these. if it's a 170hp car.
Front Brakes - Disc dimensions : Vented Discs (312 mm)
Rear Brakes - Dics dimensions : Discs (253 mm)
https://www.ultimatespecs.com/car-specs ... %20rows%20

and if it is not a 170hp then its the smaller sized disc for the front.

Having said that, i have no idea what 65 plate is in Metric.
Collector of warning lights.

Wheel / tyre size have no bearing on the size of the brake discs, it's based on the power output.

You need to double check but I believe the 150PS (148bhp) diesel uses the same size front discs as the earlier 140PS (138bhp), which ìs 288mm vented as opposed to the 312mm vented used in the higher power 170PS / 184PS diesel models. The brake pads are common between the 288mm and 312mm discs.

With regards to the rears, all the diesels use the same size, irrespective of power output, 253mm solid discs.

Easiest way to confirm is to measure the ones currently fitted to the car.
