I’m looking to buy this 2011 scirocco 2.0 tdi. It looks clean and has been taken care of. He just did the cam belt and water pump. What do you guys think? What should I look for?

I was looking at buying this 2009 2.0 tsi gt that has 118,000 miles on it. How is this engine? I heard stories about the chain and tensioner problems. How do I make sure that this one had the tensioner replaced?
