Passenger seat electrics not working (lumbar/heat)

I've recently bought a 2009 2.0 tsi with heated leather seats. Today I noticed the passenger one wasnt warming up then also that the lumbar support controls didnt work.
I'm not sure if the lumbar was previously working but the heater definitely was and the only thing I can think of is that around a week ago I put the seat fully back while hoovering and perhaps this has disconnected the power somehow. Or possibly a foot may have caught and pulled something.
I've had another look under the seat for any obvious loose connections but it has the dynaudio amp under there and far more wiring than Id expected so am not sure which wires do what or what else to check.
I also checked fuses 34 and 37 in the drivers side fusebox although it seemed unlikely both of these would fail together and more likely something do with the power to the seat.
Just looking for suggestions on where to go from here to diagnose and fix?
