Scirocco Central

I've had a go at searching everywhere and there's a lot of information on RNS 510, but im completely clueless with it all. if anyone can point me in the right direction with how i go about updating it, what software i'm currently running (I've tried holding the setup button but it just gives me 2 tabs about the radio)
i would appreciate it alot.

I really would appreciate some help - after more searching I still can’t seem to access the hidden menu on my car - press and hold setup button and it gives me nothing but the Radio - Am/Fm
