Cannot get Bluetooth to work with phonecalls. I can hear them but they can't hear me. Please help. Also cannot get phone up on mfd. Originally had RNs 315. Please help

Double check you haven't selected a mute option by mistake and that the mic is plugged into the head unit.
Phone menu not displaying on the MFD might be a simple coding issue or if the audio menu also doesn't display, you may require a Canbus adapter. I know you require one to support steering wheel controls with some Kenwood head units.

Thanks. Mic works when Android auto when replying to notifications but not on phonecalls. I have tried with vcds but cannot connect to radio. I got the navigation arrows to work through vcds so am baffled!!!
