Scirocco Central

Hi,

I had a misfire and using VCP the DTCs were P0300 and P0302. I changed the spark plugs and coil packs, started the car and the misfire was cured. I then proceeded to erase the DTCs and now the car won't start!

I'm at a loss as to why it won't start after clearing the DTCs!? Anyone ever had this issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Turned out to be the battery, so purely coincidental that it wouldn't start after clearing the DTCs!!

Tried charging it but to no avail. Had to get it replaced as was still under warranty. Only replaced it in Feb 2018!

Oh well, it's fixed now.

Glad you got it sorted, is always worth keeping it on charge when doing diags or coding etc
