Coil pack upgrade. Advise?

Coil pack upgrade. Advise?

Hi,

Could anyone confirm whether I would need to do re-map if I have upgraded my coil pack to R8 one?
Scirocco 2.0tsi, full exhaust system, decat, DV, Ramair intake and currently custom rolling road map.

Sometimes I do get smell of unburned petrol?

If your current "custom map" was done after all the mods were done and you're asking if it needs mapped again after the coilpacks have been changed to R8 ones, then the answer is no.
