Clock spring issue

Wondering if anyone can help with a clock spring issue please?
My original clock spring died part number 5k0953569ak. I ordered a second hand part from ebay but relaised it did not support my MFSW so I’ve since purchased another one from a breaker part number 5k0953569s which has everything i need on it but when its been put on the car doesn’t even turn over
Has anyone experienced anything similar and got any tips at all please?
