Seat belt error warning.

Sometimes my seat belt will start beeping letting know that my belt is disconnected but it's not. It does it from time to time.
Touching/moving the seat belt 'connector' will fix it so it's like a wiring issue or something. Anyone else had this? How did you fix it? At this point, I'll probably disable the annoying beep via an OBD2 port
Car is 2009 2.0 TSI

I would replace it, your airbag wil not work if your car doesnt detect you are wearing your seatbelt.

Did you solve it? I bought my sciroco a week ago and it does the same thing. I noticed it starts beeping whenever i take a big breath and stretch the seatbelt a little or when braking and the force pushes me against the belt.
Thank you

hey that sounds like an isue with the seat belt conector sensor.sometimes dirt or corosion can cause false signals.try cleaning the conector or checking the wires.if that doesnt help you might want to consider replacing the sensor.dont wory, its a prety comon problem in older models.many people have had similar experiences!
