Replacing key fobs

My new (to me) Scirocco came with the obligatory two keys, but both have seen better days - the casings are a bit scuffed and the rubbery pad is knackered on both.
Can I pick up a new casing for them and swap over the internals? Mine are the ones where you can slide the battery cover off and then you seem to have two metal pins on the side piece, holding then body together.
