Scirocco Central

Hi guys!

So I took the plunge and joined the Rocco life.

Bought my first Scirocco GT 2.0 TSI 200bhp today and I was hoping to do some upgrades asap.

So firstly, could anyone recommend some nice white LED lights for the main bulbs, the smaller side light strips and the fog lights?

And considering I came from a Honda Civic 05 to this, I already miss the noise! Although the Scirocco interior is so solid I would still like to consider adding a nice exhaust to it.

Any recommendations? The standard noise doesn't stand out as much as I would like. It is 200bhp after all!

Welcome!

I have MTEC super white bulbs! they are very good- give out a great white light for a halogen bulb!

There are loads of good options for exhausts - Milltek, BCS, Cobra are all good choices, you could also get a custom exhaust made!

MY GT 2.0 TSI is from 2009 with 65.000 kms.

Hoping it'll be smooth sailing for at least a year

I will have to get it polished up and I'll add some pictures.

Cool got mine a month ago for €11k - 2009 - 64000 km's and also +-6 services reports from vw

I got a 2.0TSI too, With a full cobra turbo back exhaust, it sounds naughty

Id recommend changing the downpipe first. That will sound alot better and free up some power too

Highly recommend BCS-Powervalve for exhausts. I got the sport cat-back fitted in August and it looks and sounds great, even the guys who fitted it were saying how much they liked it. Contemplating upgrading to full TBE but it will have to wait for now.
