Here's my baby, got her last night.
what a relief after
this, but I'm here now!
Only thing, I got the 6 CD auto changer as this was a built car already, so the sales guy said it doesn't come with ipod, this this correct?
Otherwise I'm ecstatic!

Nope thats not correct. All new Roc's should come with a USB and Ipod Adapter for use with the stereo. Dealers dont like to give the Ipod adapter out for some reason... but you are entitled to it and its meant to come with the car!
Other than that..... Cool car. Enjoy!

I find this strange..
He was adamant.
Also, there's no security code for the radio, I asked him and he told me that if I have a problem with it I should contact them as it's a security feature not to leave them in the cars.

The MDI goes in the armrest. So if you have the DVD touch-screen Sat-Nav with 6 CD autochanger in the armrest, the autochanger replaces the MDI.
If you have the 510 radio, then you get both autochanger and MDI.

Hmmm do a search on the top right... there are loads of threads on the missing ipod cable. You should have one free with the car. I did a quick search and found this old link:
http://www.sciroccocentral.co.uk/forum/ ... od+adapter
I would give them another call...dont pay for something you should have!

i think hes spinning you one.. yes its sensible not to keep the radio code in the car with the radio but why should you have to contact them if you sell the unit & upgrade to something else & need it. although seem to remember someone saying something about it being in the top corner of their invoice..?
