Hi guys. I m from Slovakia. I m here guite long time but i was just reading and now i posted frist stuff here...
BTW sorry for my english but i m trying.
26 of june i just ordered 1.4 candy white rocco. Whith sport packet where are catch-up seats... looks like this.... Do anyone of you guys have this seats? i m just wondering if it is good idea or not...
anyways i order winter packet, sport packet, lights and vision packet, dual ACC, and manual gear box.
They had one on stock but i know that all new roccos are coming with new steering wheel from mk6 golf GTI and i just luv it.
So i decide to wait 4 months.... so frist month is behind me

We don't have the catchup option available to us in the UK but it looks very smart! I'm sure there are some other guys from the continent on here who can advise on the finish & quality....

I also ordered the same week as you but at the beginning & am expecting to take delivery in sept, its a long wait but it will be worth it!!

There is second think what should i do...
I wanna bu OZ ultralegeras MB so black ones. But the think is... If i ll buy 18 s will be there a big gap between the car and the wheel? Will I need lowered it or no?
Becouse if i ll order 19s and there will be no gap i will go with them.... what do you guys think? I saw the pics but i still dont know...
And it ll be 1,4 tsi

generally its a case of: if you change the wheels you will generally get a larger alloy diameter with a lower profile tyre therefore keeping the same rolling radius therefore the same gap between the tyre & the wheel arch so to reduce this gap you would probably still need to get the car lowered. if you put bigger alloys on & don't reduce the tyre profile you need to get your speedo recalibrated (might also cause problems with turning circle...?)

there are plenty of pics on here of cars that are still as per the standard ride height & some that have been lowered to give you an idea but my personal opinion is get the car first, put the wheels on it that you want & then see if it needs lowering as it may well look ok. its all personal taste.

Regarding catch up seats - I was thinking about same set up - black & white
I've test driven the car with these fitted before placing an order and it really looks the business
However, eventually I've ended up taking black catch up which I'm glad of.
I did like white more but practicality decided. Imo white will get dirty very quickly - especially during our winter time season. If you're fine with having it washed once in a while then you will be fine;) I didn't want to be bothered with that:)

First months after ordering and still any comfirmed build date...

I ordered on the 25th, so that's one day before you, and I too still don't have a confirmed build date. Let me know when you find anyhing out and I promiss to keep you posted on mine.

what engine did you ordered?

Yesterday had a call from Dealer. He comfirmed 42 build week and 44 or 45 as delivery. i m so glad... it s shorter and shorter :-)))

My ROCCO is just borning this week , maybe it is alive already, who know? All I know is it will have a license plate ZV-ROCCO and cant wait for it ! only Two more weeks and its in my hands !

Going to pick it up in 1hour !!!

so i took couple pics yesterday in dealership. and tomorrow mornig i m going to pick a ZV-ROCCO license plate... so exited.... so great car!!!BEST OF THE BEST
