With a: Manual box
Options: Sport package

Is it time to replace break pads? (pictures)

Hey, I have around 40,000 miles (90% city), and still no indicator that break pads should be replaced.

How do you think?

Does it mean the indicator is broken..?

To be honest I'm not sure
I didn't even know myself a light was ment to come on when brake pads needed changed lolbut by the looks off them there very wore down

There is only a wear indicator on one of the front pads. Light cones on when friction material on that pad is around 2mm. New pads have around 12mm of friction material.
